"Wildly lackadaisical approach to responsibility. They let me stay on the wait list for almost two hours before removing me to find out that they had marked me as a no show; they lied to me telling me that they had reached out by text which they did not and then tried to backtrack and abdicate their responsibility of reaching out by claiming that calling me one time from a non-local number and leaving no message, failing to figure out how to text me (it's 2024, children, get a grip), and failing to remove me from the wait almost two hours previously which would have prompted ME to reach out instead was sufficient for trying to get a hold of me. Pure laziness and completely unprofessional. I understand you don't take every insurance policy, but make more of an effort than that of a 6 year old before wasting half of someone's night. Shame on all of you."
"I would give 5 stars because the care is wonderful & they have a friendly staff. The reason for the three stars is because I was charged $205 even though I was only supposed to pay $25 for urgent care with my insurance and that's what it states on my EOB a couple weeks later - so a lot of back-and-forth and a lot of wasted time to get a refund because I was charged the wrong amount."
"My partner and I have been here separately for the flu over the past week. Every single staff member was professional, kind, and friendly. They listened to my concerns and treated me quickly and efficiently. My partner expressed a similar experience. We will continue to use this UC in the future. 10/10 experience. Easily the best medical attention I’ve received since moving to San Antonio. Not to mention they were fast!"
"Absolutely the best care I have ever gotten at an urgent care. Im almost a career patient at this point in life. They have been so attentive and listened to my concerns and extensive medical history. I feel heard, understood, and validated. I am a very complicated patient with a laundry list of issues, and they treated me with the highest quality of care. The NP went above and beyond to even give me some resources to look at. I got a much needed IV, but more importantly, i have found hope in finding care for my chronic health complications. I am leaving with a restored faith in medical care."
