"Just received a call from a collection agency falsely claiming I owed these people money. When back in December I paid at time of service due to the insurance copay requirements and it was not recorded correctly by the desk staff. I called months ago to their billing department and gave them proof of payment at time of service. They said they would correct their billing mistakes. I called again they said it was fixed and it should not be a problem. I just got a nasty call from someone saying I owed money from my insurance deductible that was not paid apparently at time of service. They collected payment at the time of service 6 months ago! Do your business elsewhere! These guys take your payments at the front desk but don’t bother crediting your accounts correctly even after showing receipts. PS: Read the higher reviews and you can tell they are fake."

"Having very bad experience trying to schedule an appointment with a doctor this year. It take forevers to schedule an actual appointment with a doctor ( five months) and several months to get a virtual appointment with doctors assistant. In addition, received a call today for my virtual appointment tomorrow requesting information and was on nightmare phone loop trying to answer a simple question. Holding time was in excess of 30 minutes, so kept calling back with same issue - finally tried to leave a message and mailbox is full. Very poor customer service and office organization."

"I spent a month playing telephone tag with the office because no one ever answers the phone. once I had a virtual appointment with the Dr. on a Thursday he was going to call in 2 scripts. That never happened. After multiple calls with his office over several days and being told it would be taken care of it finally was but it took an extensive amount of my time communicating with the pharmacy and the Dr's office multiple times. My partner even went in person to the office and was assured it was being taken care of and it wasn't. I was hoping to develop a good relationship with a primary that I could rely on to help manage my health. At this point I am not sure this will be your office or not. John Casey"
