"My mother sought care today and received two unnecessary/incorrect medications from the PA; she was not even seen by a doctor. This is disappointing because she was there a few weeks ago and received good care from the doctor who saw her. The previous care is why I gave two stars instead of lower."

"Excellent service provided today, Checked in at 2;59. In to see the nurse 3:04. Was able to see the nurse practitioner 15 minutes later w/ a dlagnosis 20 minutes there after."

"I’ve had overall not great experiences with this chain of urgent cares. Tried this one today in hopes of a better experience because I do not care for the NP at the one closest to us (who seems like an angel in comparison to todays gem). We went for suspected strep in my kid, which is a common enough occurrence that I know the signs in him. We were seen relatively quickly, and the front desk person and nurse were all great (hints the 2 stars). But we saw Tiffanie, a physicians assistant or NP, don’t know. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or is always this unpleasant but wow. She didn’t introduce herself at all (which is why I don’t know if she was a PA or NP) but walked in the room and said “Mom and kid I assume?” Which is weird off the bat, but okay. I don’t expect warm and fuzzy but she seemed irritated by our sheer presence. She was not just cold but rude to my 10 year old and pressed me about why I brought him and his throat didn’t even look that bad… And she already knew his strep test was positive. She was a peach and a half. She barked questions at me and scoffed when I didn’t know exact dates of his last strep, even though I told her I had brought him to the same urgent care just a different location last time, so it should all be on that computer you roll around. It’s not uncommon for me to pick up on bad vibes from people, but it was bad enough that my cheery and normally oblivious 10 year old got in the car and asked me, “What was her problem?” My blood was boiling."

"Suffering from UTI. I used Teledoc first but medicine was not strong enough to clear. Needed a urinalysis so I chose here. Doctor and staff was very accommodating and helpful. I hardly had to wait ti be seen. Very satisfied with the level of service and treatment!"

"Have come to this location in the past. Past Experiences have been great and they have been helpful, especially with wait times. I signed up online and was sent a text to head into the clinic as they were ready to see me. Drove there and checked in within 10 min of receiving the text. My 1st clue Should’ve been the 3 people in the lobby waiting to be seen. I checked in, paid my co-pay and waited for 45 minutes. Why send me a text That they were ready when clearly they weren’t. I asked the receptionist how much longer. She said I was next but no guarantee on how much longer I had to wait. I got A refund from my co- pay and left. Why tell me to head in and that the clinic was ready for me when clearly it wasn’t. Waste of time."
