"Out of all the location. This is the worse one. The girls seems to love gossiping about each other and their patients. As I went to the restroom I heard them talking poorly about someone and when I left the restroom I could still hear them continuing their conversation. I have gone here multiple times and every single time I hear them speaking poorly about someone. People come to get their hormone replace so they can feel better about themself but instead the workers here just gossip instead of working. I won’t be coming back to this location. I’m sure if the other patients could hear these girls talking bad about them they’ll feel the same way."

"Great establishment, has a very professional and friendly working staff. Might seem confusing initially but the staff will certainly take care of you on the process. When consultation came around, recommendations were made based on my needs. I haven’t stopped going and don’t plan on it in the future. Test results were fairly quicker than what I’m use to (sending labs+results over the phone) and I’ve learned more about my test results to help take action on having a healthier and qualitative lifestyle."

"PASS! Swipe Left!!!! Next!!! I was calling around to find a provider for my services needed. And obviously reached a gate keeper who couldn’t care less whether getting a new patient or not. I questioned if they accepted My insurance, (she informed me insurance only covers labs), then I asked could you give me an estimate for out of pocket cost would be? Then she went into I needed to divulge ALL of my personal information first before answering. I explained I just needed an estimate. She kept repeating every one is different; I thought that is why you give an estimate??? Their practitioners may be awesome but have horrible front end staff. People please be warned; you should not have to give them your personal information so they can create a solicitation survey on you just to get an estimate. It was such a letdown to call a place that had reasonable amount of reviews (good reviews???). Some people should not be answering the phone (unless they are wanting their location to appear sketchy, then they picked the right person). Basic questions like estimates should be answered via phone without the cost of your privacy. Shame on them!"
