"WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!! NO ORGANIZATION! I scheduled a month ago, the wrong date was written down by the office. I called to check on my appointment time as I’d received no notifications and was told I didn’t have an appointment, tried to reschedule and was told I would have one for my originally scheduled day, then I got called back and was told I couldn’t have that appointment time anymore. Then they couldn’t schedule me for the day I had off from work (which I special requested for this appointment) and that I couldn’t be seen in the designated new patient time. Which would result, in a whole extra month of waiting."

"They have the worst customer service. Dr. Vanessa Murello prescribed a lethal dose of Amtriptile, 75 mg. I was constantly falling and hitting my head. She needs to resign. Before she hurts someone else"

"So many problems with this medical office. My follow-up appointment was canceled and rescheduled and then cancelled again. I was then told I would have to pay out of pocket. So many confusing phone calls to both WellMed and my insurance company regarding changes in co-pay and being told that I was going to have to pay out of network to see my doctor. I finally got an answer from my insurance company informing that WellMed is not accepting any insurance. Extremely deceptive practice as I had verified that my insurance was valid. Very disappointed with all the miscommunications and confusion as I truly liked my doctor."

"Nothing but problems since day one.... Can't get appointments right or in a timely manner, insurance issues, records not sent to requesting doctors, no call backs as promised, have never once been examined by a doctor or PA - just prescribed something or referred somewhere else. WORST TREATMENT EVER RECEIVED!! They are sweet to your face and promise the are 'taking care of it' but never follow through. If you have Wellmed, find a Dr that is in network - do not use the clinic!!"
