"If I could give it a 0, I would. It is Unprofessional that I am having to wait on my child's report due to receptionists emergency. As a parent I am trying to get paperwork going due to prolonged insurance process, but I need to wait until the 29th of June to get my child's report. (And yet she tells me not to rely on billing department because he takes way too long as well) I don't think it is right that we have to wait.. Dont waste your time hear unless you have all the time in the world. Go somewhere where there are more people that can support you on the days you need, not the days they want.I would go somewhere that has more people, not just 1 person where things stop if she is not there."
