"Went to have annual physical to satisfy insurance requirements. Dr. was overwhelmed with my health circumstances 1st visit, the exam did not happen. Instead was given referrals, but Dr. & staff did not care to follow-up on my progress. 2nd appointment was scheduled, but desk scheduler did not know what the plan appointment was for. Charged $400 plus for a blood & stool test."

"This is extremely bad. I have been calling since 9 AM this morning to reschedule my appointment. The first time I was asked to be placed on hold and no one came back to take my call. The second time I was placed on hold, they hung up the call...maybe by accident? I don't. I have called so many times today and the phone just rings and rings.... The funny thing is, when ever the appointment is around the corner, they kept blowing up my phone. This is ridiculous :("
