"Inept staffing-messages to provider and/or provider’s nurse do not go through-even the “My Chart” electronic messages go unanswered for days. May take up to 10 days to respond. Phones constantly rollover to answering service during office hours. Frustrating year until I changed to Pak Medical."

"The doctors are great, but can never get through on the phone. They *still* require a mask! Worse of all when I call to schedule an appointment I expect to talk to someone actually in the office, not some scheduling service that can't set same-day appointments for an acute illness that requires antibiotics."

"This doctors office is the worst I have encountered. Wanted to change my doctor from doctor Sosa to Dr Brock. They said it had to be approved through the office manager. Did that got a call from the office said all was ok. Now I was Dr Brock’s patient. Made an appointment for a check up. I call to change the appointment due to be called out of town. Now the office said I would not be able to see Dr Brock. He is booked for the year for new patients. I thought I got approved as his patient. Apparently no I’m now having to look for a new Doctor Stay away from this office. Too much stress"

"I was told only appointment is 3 months out . I scheduled the appointment. When i arrived i was not seen due to the doctor taking a "personal day". I asked to be seen by another doctor or nurse practitioner and they said there was no doctors working that day (during a week day). The office manager also stated she were the highest authority in the building and there was nobody else i could speak with. They refused to give me a note showing that i showed up for an appointment that they cancelled in stead they wanted to give me a note saying i had changed my appointment. When i told then that i had taken time off work for my appointment and they needed to see me or compensate me for my time they told me to just go back to work. I was then offered an appointment 2 months out. So to be seen by this practice it would have been 5 months from the day i scheduled my appointment. I urge you to pick a different practice so you don't die waiting to be seen. Also their answer to everything is wait months for an apt or go to the ER. Very unprofessional staff."
