"Horrible service. I made an appointment over a month ago. The office called me to tell me that the appointment was set up incorrectly. They called me today the day of the appointment. I tried calling several times and the wait time was 60 minutes. When I got to the office they told me we could not be seen because we were new patients. I explained to the lady that I had set up the appointment over a month ago. I wanted to know why someone called me the same day. The lady I the front was very rude and so was her supervisor. Do not go to this medical office. They never apologized. This office does not know the meaning of customer service."
