"I walked in to an old woman at the front desk. Asked how I get scheduled. She told me this place isn’t for you and you need to leave. I can’t imagine someone like that being your first line of contact. Disgusting."

"They were supposed to call me after 2 weeks of the eye exam, it’s been more than a month and they didn’t call yet, when I tried to reach them, it just sends me to the voicemail. The doctors in the clinic were really good but I can not say the same from the administrative and the staff from the glass store."

"The first time I used this eye clinic was over 5 years ago. They were slow in their testing but the supervision was very good and I recieved the contacts I wanted (over 50 years as a contact lens wearer). Over 2 months ago I got another appointment to obtain new contacts. Two months later I am still waiting. The first student was not listening during my first visit and ordered the wrong contacts. It took over a month waiting for them to get the contacts it stock. When I went to my appointment discovered they were wrong. They gave me another eye exam (2 hours) and reordered. I have waited another month. NO CONTACTS. I will never use them again and could not recommend to anyone. You would be much better off using any Optometry Office!!"
