"Where do I begin! We were referred to stick to get an MRI and when we showed up today Monday we were told that the referral wasn’t in that the doctor didn’t sign it till late. I’m therefore it wasn’t submitted on Friday but actually on Monday which was exactly the same day we showed up to get the imaging. Therefore, we were turned away after calling Tricare I was told that The office put in some misinformation and it was incorrect and it would not have went through after jumping through hoops, with the insurance, and at the office and going back-and-forth with a wonderful representative named Abigail who was very kind and very attentive, we fixed the information on the referral. However, we’re not able to get the imaging today and we will have to travel to another office because they don’t have anything till the 20th . So we have to now go to an office that is inconvenient to us! I am very annoyed and slightly upset!!!"
"Dr. Anderson is a great Doctor. He is honest and Forthcoming. His knowledge of options best for me have helped. Unfortunately, the offices mismanagement of scheduling is yet to be desired. My appointment time was 11:30 a.m., I was there at 11:00 and checked in, I watched the patients that were there before me and came in after me come and go. I was not called to the examination room until 1:15, and I wasn't able to leave until 1:35 or so after speaking to the doctor....No one was apologetic or showed any concern, and acted as though.....oh well with a shrug. This isn't the first time, but it was much longer this time. I scheduled my appointment so that I can accomplish my doctor's visit during my lunch hour so I don't have to take off time."
"I was seeing Dr.Edward Anderson this year for a few months. Recommended PT, then pain management. He was really concerned about my knee pain after knee replacement surgery. I would recommend him and the staff is friendly. My only concern is for them to have a bigger waiting area. I did have to stand in the hallway and no seats available for other patients when it’s crowded. Most people have a difficult time with standing that long. Hopefully they can increase their office and waiting areas to a larger clinic. Thank you Dr. Anderson, I appreciate all you did for me. Delores Tyler"
"The Dr. did not want to spend time addressing my elbow/hand tendonitis issue. Just wanted to give me an injection in my hand and rush me out rather than discussing the cause and long term treatment for this issue. I will not be returning."
"Let me tell you about Dr Daniel Santa Maria. He refused to give me any sort of physical therapy, or medication for the fear of “getting heartburn and acne” I did not come here for heartburn or acne. I came here for back pain management and anything that could help with my disc herniation pain. They did not look into any other options other than surgery right away because I had spectacular insurance, they just wanted to get paid $ right away. Something people need to watch out for. Despite me telling them that the excruciating pain had subsided and I did not feel like surgery was necessary and if we can look into other options since pain was still on a scale of 6-7. When I was referred to their surgeon, Dr Edward Anderson, he nonchalantly asked “do you want the surgery or not” as if I was a huge inconvenience. They just want to get paid at the end of the day, they do not have empathy or any sympathy. At all."
