"I have been looking for a primary care doctor for a while and read some great reviews and feedback from this place in a lot of places. I scheduled an appointment in the beginning of January for March 5th. Today is March 4th, they had called to inform me that the appointment would be done virtually and if I was ok with that. I was being seen for a couple things one including a physical. So even though I had been patiently waiting, they said that they couldn't see me when the doctor is actually there til mid May. Another 2 and a half months of waiting. If you are a newer patient then I would probably recommend other places where they at least inform you things a lot more ahead of time versus the day before your appointment."
"Made an appointment on the 26th of February and i was waiting for 2 months to get an appointment. the doctor had a emergency which is fine thinking they can reschedule me the next day or week would of been fine, but they tried to reschedule me in April!"
