"This was my very first visit and the entire staff was very nice and friendly and made sure I was comfortable and took very good care of me before letting me leave and go home. Answered every question I asked and made sure I understood what was wrong with me and what my treatment plan was and was told to return if I didn’t get better in a few days or if any new symptoms appeared. I will definitely continue this ER for any issue I have. Thank you so much for being kind and caring."

"I would like to preface this review by saying I’ve never had any issues with any of the providers at this location. They have all been very kind and knowledgeable. However, this time was an exception, in that the first doctor I spoke with left me feeling humiliated. I came in for an accidental nose injury caused by daughter (who is a toddler). When the doctor came in he asked a few general questions and then started to ask “So what’s really going on”. Admittedly, I was teary and very upset, but mostly because I was in a lot of pain. The doctor continued to interrupt me and insist I was there for a reason besides my nose. He alluded to needing to make sure this wasn’t a case of domestic abuse, which I totally understand! But it was the fact that he hadn’t even examined me, or bothered to ask me about my home life. He just kept assuming and talking over me. When he noticed a change in my demeanor he asked if he had upset me. I told him truthfully, yes. He then asked if I wanted another provider, and I took him up on HIS offer. He then walked out and loudly announced to the room I had “Fired him,” and continued to talk about me to his coworkers. The walls are very thin, so I could virtually hear everything he said. I feel embarrassed and disrespected. The rest of the staff was extremely nice, but unfortunately did not make up for his behavior. To sum it up, the first doctor I saw was very rude and pushy, and I would add; if I was a woman who needed help, I certainly wouldn’t share that with a doctor with this beside manner."

"Excellent service. Not only was the doctor excellent and very knowledgeable, the rest of the staff was also incredibly helpful and everyone was so caring. They did everything right it seemed, and figured out a diagnosis fairly quickly. Will definitely go back and will recommend to anyone in need of care."
