"Horrible place, the staff were just playing around in the back, the front desk lady was giving attitude:( would never come again! They need to work on getting stuff done and helping patients. I wish I can give no stars."

"Waited 2 1/2 months for an appointment to be canceled at 4:15 the day before. Then to be told they don't except children that are in foster care and under CPS. I could not believe what I was he was hearing. Discrimination!"

"Unbelievable to say the least. Let me preface this by saying that I haven’t been going here that long, I’d say maybe 2 months or so and my whole experience with this location has just been one thing after another and so forth. My first appointment was back in November and they had me waiting for a total of 2 hours after my scheduled time. I literally saw the doctor for a total of 5 minutes after which she asked me to wait in the lobby for an additional 45 minutes before I asked if they could just send the doctors notes to me by mail. I then received a letter saying my next appointment would be sometime in December but yet when I showed up to said appointment I was told by the receptionist that my appointment had been rescheduled without my knowledge to January 26. They made absolutely no effort to inform me at all about this change but whatever. Fast forward to this week I received a text message asking me to confirm my appointment on the 26 so I did. TELL ME WHY I got another message today saying that my appointment is no longer on the 26th but actually the 25th (mind you these messages are just one day apart) so immediately i call them and ask if there’s been a mixup to which the receptionist replies that my appointment has always been on the 25th and that of I needed to reschedule that it would have to be in march. EVEN THO I have messages and letters proving that it was always on the 26th so I didn’t understand why they would have rescheduled me yet again. I’m a full time student and work full time as well. I moved my schedule accordingly so that I wouldn’t have any conflicts and it seems pretty irresponsible of them to let you know the day before that your appointment has been canceled/rescheduled. This place is terrible, inconsiderate, and let’s be honest it doesn’t even appear to be that clean. I wouldn’t recommend at all."

"Absolutely horrible clinic, do not go to this location. I had an appointment and I live over 30 miles from this clinic and due to an accident on the hwy. I was 15 mins late. I was told the doctor could not see me. And I would need to reschedule. The office lady was very rude, not friendly. That was the second time I had been there. On my first apt. Was on time for my 10am apt. And didn’t finally get seen for a hour, I didn’t get out of there until after 1pm. I do not recommend that place."

"First of all, I was in a great deal of pain and I'm very skeptical of most Drs! Although the staff was courteous and helpful, I was upset about seeing a PA because I was told differently. HOWEVER, Roland Flores was awesome! He took the time to research my medical history in the limited time we had and I really felt his concern for my well-being. Long story short, he didn't BS me! PA Lopez was encouraging, honest about what he could/couldn't do and put me on the right path. (Be patient and open-minded.) I don't usually rate & review, but the CentroMed team @ Brooks are phenomenal!"
