"Extremely useless clinic, the admin staff and the whole team is completely pathetic. They think they are running car repair shop. I requested to schedule twice on their so called portal (another useless technology which they have not use) and few calls. They call me back and while I request to schedule for an annual exam, instead they scheduled me for a follow up, from an appointment for allergies which I came in last year (seriously a follow up) and they schedule me for another location which is a 35 mins drive instead of a 5 mins drive in medical center. I was late to the appointment by 10 mins due to traffic/ construction and accident which they charged me the copay and then said that with one additional patient in the waiting room. They inform me, that they won’t be able to take me in today and as the Dr will get backed up in her schedule due a 10 mins delay in her appointment. They usually any ways take that time to check you in with all stupid forms. This is not a medical clinic, it is group of lazy group of people who are unorganized and cannot manage their patients. DON’T GO if you have any ACTUAL MEDICAL issues. It is a waste of your copay and time"

"My wife and I were referred to this clinic by a friend. We had been receiving our medical care through military healthcare system. The military healthcare system is very good, but they are slowly but surely referring the over 65 crowd to civilian care. Both my wife and I have various issues. When the doctor came in, he was professional soft-spoken and ready to help. After taking a detailed history and talking about various things he developed a plan to take care of us. Then he spoke to us in layman's terms exactly what it is we were going to do and why we were going to do it. Dr. Venkat Srinivasan is a consummate professional. He is a very people-friendly doctor and really listens to your issues. I am putting my life literally in the hands of this doctor. My wife too. I highly recommend you do the same."
