"I scheduled a 9 AM appointment with Ms. Dempsey 2 months prior and she informed me that I would receive a reminder call 1 day before my appointment. I never received a phone call, just a text reminding me of my appointment and when the time came there was no one there! The blinds were shut and the office door was locked. I even tried calling to see if someone would answer but there was no response. Very unprofessional, especially for a medical service that requires several months of advance scheduling."
