"Dr Pinkston Is amazing.. office manager not so much... very upset they canceled my son's labwork appointment day before and then his follow-up appt for the 15th due to a provider leaving but not my son's provider.. I wanted to file a complaint and technically told I cannot. And now basically told if my son requires extra care to go ahead and find another provider... and cannot get an appointment til March! What the heck this is absolutely insane. And she lied stating she attempted to call me twice when I have no missed calls or voicemail from her. Wellmed taking over was the worst decision this practice has done."

"I gave the office some time before writing this review but since moving to Wellmed, patient service has gone extremely downhill. I do not feel like my health is a priority whatsoever. Trying to get an appointment as a sick patient is impossible. Even when I have had scheduled appointments over the last year and a half, literally EVERY APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELLED THE WEEK BEFORE. This last time was the final straw. I had a followup appointment that was cancelled because another doctor left and those patients needed to be seen. My doctor did not leave but I was still told the soonest I can be seen is next year. For a followup. Trying to discuss this with anyone, including the doctor or office manager, was impossible. My doctor and NP were good but I also felt a bit rushed in appointments because of this. They really should have stayed as Family Medical Home. As Wellmed, this place is horrible."

"I would give zero stars if I could. Several years ago this was a great family practice with caring doctors and staff. Now I suggest you run as fast and far as you can from this practice. I was unexpectedly hospitalized for a week and had surgery next thing I know I am told I am no longer a patient when I needed them most."

"I have been trying to get an appointment since February for myself and my husband. It keeps getting cancelled, rescheduled, one reason after another and often times with little to no warning despite us making plans for a babysitter or calling off of work. One excuse was that they could not verify my husband's insurance even though he is primary and I was cleared just fine. I finally called it today after being told that my appointment tomorrow needs to be rescheduled because I did not come in for blood work the previous week even though I was not sent any notice for blood work, let alone that it was ordered and I had confirmed my appointment this morning. We will not be returning and have found another office. It's sad that Wellmed prioritizes getting as many patients as possible but not upholding their appointments and previous clients."

"This office is in need of some severe restructuring and/or organization. It is extremely frustrating as a patient to schedule an appointment 2-4 months out, recieve confirmation reminders the week of, and then days before getting a call that your appointment has been canceled and they can reschedule you in 6-8 weeks. This is unacceptable. I LOVE my Dr. here, but it is nearly impossible to see her now. The office staff could stand to have a bit more tact and consideration when dealing with the scheduling situations they have created. I was told I'd get a call back in 2 days and it's been over a week, and I'm still waiting."
