"As far as all the gynecologist I’ve ever seen at this clinic , they’ve all been wonderful I really do mean that they are very very helpful . Especially Mary Trautmann . She is compassionate and very knowledgeable. However , I have tried to be patient with the front staff at the naco Perrin clinic and everyone who butts into my conversations with the gynecologist . I’ve had multiple issues with the front desk ladies particularly the elder lady at the front with long white hair. By far , the rudest receptionist ever. Let me start by saying , I have PCOS meaning I’m infertile and I have insulin resistance which all my gynecologist understood . However the receptionist with the long gray hair , has to be the most rudest person there . I had an appointment last year , and I had scheduled an appointment in advanced to do a pelvic ultrasound to make sure I didn’t have any complex cyst I was in pain at the time and I didn’t know what was causing it . Anyhow I showed up for my appointment and I get asked if I’m pregnant , to which I told her no . She said she had to cancel my appointment because pregnant women had priority over me I had been waiting for months. I have infertility from pcos , and to be told “Pregnant women have priority .” Um excuse me ? Women who can’t get pregnant matter too ! Also , I could understand if my gynecologist was sick or had an emergency and had to cancel but to get rid of appointment I had made in advanced just to be pushed back another 3 months because” I don’t take priority”” despite making an appointment is absurd . Secondly , other times I’ve gone to this clinic I’ve seen the receptionist look at my patient files before I’m seen and they tell me out loud oh , I’m going to have to cancel your appointment because these are pcp concerns not gynecology related issues.” Who are these receptionist who think they can provide any kind of medical input when they don’t know what gynecological issues I have ? And why should I have to explain these things with the front desk ?? That’s a Hipaa law violation most people would get fired over that. Mind you have a tumor in my pelvis , but, why do the front desk people feel the need to put in their two cents ? Also , when I message my gynecologist I’m frustrated I’m not getting answers from her . It’s like other people at this clinic are gatekeeping my ability to ask her medical questions . I’ve gotten 4 different responses from 4 different people that are not her on the my chart app and none of them are on the same page or even care to explain why my medication keeps having to change . I get it some people that come to this clinic have issues that have nothing to do with gynecology , but why is this clinic so disorganized to the point where I can’t get a straight answer? This is a huge problem and I don’t think others who are not gynecologist or doctors should have that power to give their “medical advice “ This clinic needs to rid themselves of the front desk receptionist (the Hispanic lady with long white tied back wavy hair ) Dolores dehoyos , Yvonne Molina, kristal Castro . This clinic needs to hire a whole bunch of new people who actually love what they do . Because all of the patients here can tell that only the gynecologist at this location care about their patients.Between all of the front desk receptionist, and people I have listed , honestly they have no business working in this industry at all or for university health care system. Not to mention, one of them put on the notes on my chart that I’m anorexic! I just had a wellness exam and I have a normal bmi I had to remove that label on my sign in forms on the app … I really do not understand why there is so much discrimination , rudeness, and a lack of order at this clinic .University health care needs to seriously do something about this chaos at this clinic because it’s bad .The only reason I’ve continued to come here is because the gynecologist are great and compassionate people.But everyone else is a disaster , incompetent and rude .UHS needs to fire all these under qualified people"

"I love Dr. Casiano and his assistant Christa, they were very helpful with todays visits! They answered all my questions, and reassured me with the concerns that I had. This visit was fast too, I didn't have to sit around and wait for hours which is a bonus! Front staff is also very nice. I love this location!"

"I went in today and saw Nurse practitioner Mary Trautmann. I have alot of anxiety going into Dr's offices to the point i sometimes get panick attacks just for walking in. Ms Trautmann was incredibly sweet, very polite, very patient with me and i just want to make sure she knows how much i appreciated being treated like a human and like a woman and not just another number or another patient. It really ment so much to me that she took the time to answer all my questions and listen to all my concerns without rushing me or making me feel like my opinions don't matter. So thank you for being kind and polite, this industry needs people like you and I'm glad you chose that path for your career. On the other hand, i took one star away because the lady in the front desk named Eva was incredibly rude not just to me but almost to every woman walking in there. Then she told me SUPER LOUD i had a balance of $5 and i could not be seen if i didn't pay it. I told her i would pay it on my phone app. But either way that was a violation of my privacy, nobody in there needed to know that. Also she kept saying i couldn't get seen because my id was expired (it had expired 3 days prior) but she wasn't asking anybody else for an ID. She was just really going above and beyond to make things difficult and unpleasant for me. Finally i just moved to the next lady and i was able to be seen then she kept giving every lady after me a hard time. So i took a star away for Eva, but everything other than her was great."
