"I love this place never had ny issues until recently...but let me start off by saying the Dr is amazing I love him...I had issues with getting my child results from her test(which I was directed by the Dr to call in so he could go over everything) from the new lady in the front..and today we have sat in the waiter room for an (and still counting) and not 1 single person has been called to the back...if this appt wasn't for my daughter I would've just left but we will see just how long it take them UPDATE AFTER OVER AN HOUR WE JUST GOT CALLED TO THE BACK AND WAS TOLD ITS STILL 2 OTHERS AHEAD OF US AND IT COULD TAKE AN HOUR AND A HALF OR LONGER.....LOVE THE DR BUT I THINK ITS TOME WE FOUND A DIFFERENT ONE"

"I'm so confused by the negative reviews because this was easily our best experience at a Drs office. My 7 year old was referred here and I'm so glad we found this office! Initially our appointment was scheduled for a month out. The receptionist told me she'd keep us on a waitlist and call if anything opened up. I thought it was a long shot that I'd hear anything and then just a few days later she did, in fact, call and was able to get us in days later. I read the reviews prior to coming and was worried about long wait times. However, that was not our experience at all. We were brought in promptly and the (exceptional!) nurse came in and took a full history. The Dr came in shortly after that and spent SO much time with us explaining everything. I have never seen a more thorough physician before. Not to mention that he was so kind and caring to my son, who was clearly nervous about the appointment. After going through everything in depth, the nurse then laid out the whole care plan in writing for us, explained the testing/labs/X-rays that would be done. I checked out with the receptionist who was also incredibly thorough, reminding me of a school note and again offering to put us on a waitlist for an earlier appt for the allergy testing. The Dr is booked out way in advance, which speaks volumes about his level of care. I was just so impressed with the entire experience start to finish. I highly recommend them!!"

"Dr. Martinez is amazing !! He is through and takes his time to check your kids and find out all the options. We are very happy with him. The only negative thing is that the phone number on live oak allergies that is on the website never works so I highly recommended to updated to a number where front desk can be reach out. That line always said the office is close when is not. Other then that we are very happy"

"I went to Live oak allergy & asthma because I feel a not resolved allergies for more than 3 months. They saw me on time and I had an interview with a nurse first. I was expecting to see the doctor but the nurse practitioner was the one that took care of me. She ask me some questions and she observe my no stoping coughing and did a test. They find out that I do not have allergies, but a bad asthma. The nurse practitioner took 15 minutes to discuss my case with the doctor and then schedule me a recheck in a month. I feel confortable and surprise because I never had asthma before, but the treatment is helping. The staff is amazing! They found me an appointment in a week."
