"I wish I could have an option for less than 1 star Either the office manager is a crook or the office staff or both. This office doesn't offer a physical even though they are called "Family Practice". Maybe they don't even know what a "physical" is. This doctor was recommended to me and I wish I've never went to him. It's been a nightmare. They forced me to have a first appointment, so I could have a physical. So on the first appointment, he only asks questions, checks your ears and heart pressure. Then they call you to make a "FOLLOW UP" appointment, so they can charge your insurance even more!. But not before they call you tell you that you owe more money than what you already have paid at their counter. When they call me for a follow up, I told them that all I wanted from the beginning was a Physical, no a follow up, a Physical. So they made an appointment for a physical. When I got to the office, I made sure that I was there for a physical and there was no charge for a physical and she assure me, I had an appointment for a physical and no charge out of my pocked would be made. When the doctor shows up at the examination room, he says - so what brings you here today - . Well, i though we had read the chart and knew why I was there. I said - I'm here for a physical - . He paused and then said - Ok -. He checked my ears and heart and asks more questions. No EKG, no walking on a straight line, no reflex check, no Xray order.....nothing!!! He only addressed some of concerns I had. 4 months later, I get a letter that I owe more than $100.00 for the visit!!! They most likely changed the code or may they don't have the code for a "physical" because the doctor doesn't know how to perform one."

"Last straw. This office is the worst primary office I've ever been to. Outside of really bad parking the staff has been rude on multiple occasions, the voice-mail box is always full and I typically have to call 3+ times in a row of 5m intervals just to get someone at the front desk to answer. Moving past that. You have to call just to information posted on your portal, which defeats the entire purpose of the portal. When in office, no one listens to anything you have to say. It's very much a "here is what I want to do" mentality vs. what you the patient wants. I'm happily going to drive out of my way to different BHS locations moving forward, I regret changing insurance carriers now to save money. Going elsewhere and paying more was much more worth it."

"They don't explain how you charged to establish care I got a bill for 156 after insurance covered the rest. This misdiagnosed for depression after asking very lame survey questions. They kept pushing me that I had depression when I was there for an annual wellness exam. The nurse practitioner was rude about it too. He told me if I didn't want service there that I can go somewhere else. Not to mention finding dead roaches on the floor. Their office is disgusting and they are completely useless. If you wish to waste your time and money I highly recommend"

"I'm not sure when other patients will be notified about the new leadership and practice going on at this location, but I believe it is extremely important that they at least know the new place is an amazing experience. Despite having a mix-up in information for my appointment, all of the employees and the nurse-practitioner herself were very friendly and helpful. I had a great time conversing with them during my appointment and learned a lot of new things. I even thought it wonderful that I was able to make a connection with the check-out personnel as she was very kind and thoughtful! I am going back again for another appointment soon and am already excited to see them again!"
