"This place is the worst! I had to be on top calling to see if they sent out a referral that was suppose be sent out that same week. 3 weeks later nothing was sent out! I also noticed they didn't allow me to take my second child with me but they allowed a girl and her son as well as her mom. No complaints about Doctor Pham he was a very nice doctor just the staff up front could be a lot more on top of things. They obviously don't care about the patients. Now after dealing with them after a month and a half later my son can finally see a speech therapist!"

"So i haven’t been to my appt yet, but it all starts with the manner of the people over the phone taking appointments and answering calls. I have been dealing with a mess with my regular PCP that referred me to San Antonio ENT (of no fault of their own obviously), but i was originally supposed to see one doctor in the practice, that had to reschedule and the earliest would be another two months to see him when i already have had to wait 6 weeks for something that is pretty serious. Ms. Hailey G., without hesitation and before i had to explain (which i don’t feel like i should have to but like i said it’s been a mess with other docs) understood my concern and she got me scheduled sooner than my original appointment with a different doctor that would be able to help. I can not praise her enough for her sense of urgency and professional demeanor. Everyone I’ve talked to on the phone has been wonderful but she is seriously the best. I hope she gets to see this review and know that she has put my mind at ease for something that I’ve felt has just been a mess, again no fault of theirs. She even sent me an email with all the info which i never got initially. Good job Ms. Hailey. It’s very appreciated!"

"The person who is answering the calls this afternoon for appointment is RUDE! I get it that people could get cranky when tired or stressed but if you are working in this kind of environment you have to have a lot of patience Ma’am with all due respect. I just have to remind myself to be still polite to her today, but if I was in mean mood, she could have a piece of mind. I like Dr. Pham and I dont like jumping to one Dr. to another the reason why I just let her be rude. You dont say Oh my God to me like you are irritated in talking to me Ma’am!"

"I’ve been coming here since the end of 2019 I believe for my son who has trouble with drainage even with tubes were constantly needing to get them sucked out because the water isn’t draining properly. I swear it’s nearly impossible to get a now 3 year old who loves water to stop getting that area wet. I’m praying for a better future with everyone here at this office who always help me and treat us so great when we come in. Thank you staff and Dr. Pham"

"Wait times were outrageously long. Arrived to both appointments early and wasn’t in a room for at least 45+ minutes after Scheduled appointments both times seeing the doctor lasted approximately 5 minutes and 2 minutes each. Completely unacceptable to book appointments like that when you can’t get to them in an orderly fashion. And all of this with a newborn (her appointment). I don’t want to sit in a waiting room with sick people during flu season and my newborn for that long. Gotta work on your scheduling. Will NEVER go back here."
