"This place “shut down” giving me no warning and no ability to transfer to another doctor or any referral to another clinic. The Dr was somewhat helpful in that he prescribed my pain meds (I suffer from chronic nerve pain) but wait times to see the doctor were HOURS to then be seen by the doctor for 2 min. I can’t believe they are leaving so many chronic pain sufferers in the cold"

"It's not fair that Dr Hernandez is closing and we didn't get any warning or notice so we could get another doctor. We are on pain meds and I cannot get sick from withdrawal symptoms. This is not fair at all. I got a call to keep my appointment on the 24 and now the office is saying he has to shut down by the 22. At least fill my meds. That's the decent thing to do."

"Dr. Hernandez is always helpful and listens to you. He take his time with his patients and show genuine care. I had already been to at least 4 different doctors. Dr. Hernandez was the first one who truly listened and did not give up on me. I’m not pain free,never will be but he has made it to where I’m my old self once again and enjoying my life. The staff as well are as equally helpful and kind."

"Dr Hernandez has done very well with me, he and his NP have me on a great pain schedule to where I’m not over medicated to where I can function and live life and does things for me like the injections yesterday to help me along better to continue being a family man and do things such as fishing with my son and grandson. I highly recommend Dr Hernandez, he’s all about quality and quantity of life. I will continue seeing for as long as he stays in practice. Other Dr’s I’ve been too over 14 years (2 in the same practice) over medicated me to where I slept all day and missed out on so much including the last 5 years of my sons life. I’m so glad I started seeing Dr Hernandez because I feel I’ve gotten my life back."

It would be great if all the doctors were like him. The entire staff is also extremely nice and very professional. They’re always willing to help you. Great clinic!!"
