"They had no problem taking money, but only to send me to the emergency room. What did I even pay for?? The front staff was not kind at all.. and I know this entire field is overworked and underpaid, but it was still a bummer. The nurse was also not kind.. very sad. The cleanliness.. nonexistent. I am sure they’re overwhelmed, but my experience here was horrible. The doctor did in fact seem very nice and caring, sure to listen to my concerns.. but told me there’s nothing she can do for me there.. They did a urine test- which tested positive for an infection. But, at the emergency room that I went to straight after, they did the same test and it was negative. I had to go to another emergency room the same week, the test was also negative. This kind of infection would not have gone away so quickly.. it is concerning that only their test rang out as positive."

"I did not have a good experience with the doctor or PA, Candice Winful.. I asked was the cough medicine she gave was a prescription and she said yes it would help me sleep. When I get to my pharmacy I was told that it was an over the counter medication. I called back but eventually had to go back to show her what he had in “prescription “ cough medicine. She still insisted that she wrote a prescription (never came out to talk to me, sending messages through the nurse, Andrea, who was very helpful and professional, as well as the first desk young lady.. but Candice, who I saw her in the back and even called her name, never came to discuss this matter! At first I was told that she couldn’t even write the prescription I showed her?? Eventually Andrea brought it to me and I took it and got it filled. I don’t want her to see me again.. I will take my sick self somewhere else!!"

"Went for sore throat. Nurse performed Covid, Strep, and Flu. Results in 15 minutes. Waited in room for over 45 minutes. Came out of room to ask how much longer. Told the PA was working on something for a patient who was seen and left. Hello. You have patients sitting in rooms waiting as well. No one came to say sorry for the wait or anything. Not good customer service."

"My doctor was fantastic, front desk young lady and the MA very professional. Now as for Carenow itself they should be ashamed to staff the clinic with only 1 doctor during cold and flu season. My wait time was 2hrs just to get the call to come check in then I sat there for another 45 minutes in the exam room. Not acceptable but I know the doctor was working as hard and fast as he could. I received a call that I could come to the Mansfield clinic to be seen due to no wait; when you are sick it’s very difficult to move from one place to another."
