"Not sure why customers are paying MD prices with no MD present. I had a wonderful experience here about a year ago. The last few times I've been here I have seen Ms. Nguyen who doesn't seem to know very much about medicine. Don't waste your time or money here because you will be headed back to another Dr.'s office a few days after your visit here to get an accurate assessment and diagnosis."

"I'm always happy with my experience there. That's why I choose to go there over one closer to me. Today was not that great though because I checked in online and then came in and the man working the desk said it didn't matter and then he lied to my face, after I told him that I had checked in an hour prior to arriving, saying that he would move me up...he did not. I sat in the waiting room for over 3 hours. But I guess I had no choice. So please, if your web check in makes no difference, don't false advertise that it does, especially to patients who've been there plenty of time before. That's all, thank you."

"Front desk staff made me aware of potential issues with my insurance. Though my insurance was “in-network”, I would not be paying a co-pay but a coinsurance. They gave me good information and were very professional. My doctor was also very informative, provided appropriate treatment—not ordering invasive test when the issue was straightforward. I would recommend them."

"I would avoid this place at ALL costs. If I could give zero stars, I would. I have two major complaints. First, the front desk couldn’t “charge” my insurance because it was down on a Sunday. Explain to me how your staff cannot properly input insurance information into their own system? Now, for my biggest complaint. I came in and saw Physician Assistant Michael Brown for a simple case of sinusitis. I informed him of my symptoms. His recommendation was a steroid pack and a nasal spray to alleviate my symptoms. I informed him that I would like some antibiotics, due to the length of time that I had already been sick (Knowing that the steroids would have the undesired effect of suppressing my immune system). I asked the nurse if she would ask Mr. Brown if I could receive antibiotics. I was DENIED. As a result of this, I became septic and later landed in the emergency room. I had numerous testing done, including a lumbar puncture, due to a suspected infection spreading to the brain. My advice to you, Michael, is DO BETTER! Your priority should be patient care and safety—you failed to provide both. You were negligent of my health, and negligent of my concerns. For anyone seeking to go to Urgent care, I recommend you pick a different one. There is a reason why the lobby is always empty. This should’ve been my first red flag."

"Incredible staff. I came in late, around 6pm, and the waiting room was practically empty. I filled out my forms and within about 10 minutes I was taken back. I came in with a pretty deep wound and needed ten stitches, and the med assistant went right to cleaning it. Tammy, the nurse practitioner who did my stitches, was absolutely astonishing. She was kind, fast, efficient, and incredibly thorough and thoughtful regarding my pain levels. I was out no later than 7:15. This is by far the best experience I have ever had in an urgent care. I am changing insurance this next year but I hope that it covers this location too because I would like to come back if I need to. Much better and faster than an ER."
