"Everyone in the front office was pleasant but when I finally got into the room I had to wait for at least 15 minutes. The doctor must have been on her lunch break when I got there. Otherwise they were very helpful."

"I wish I could remember the name of the tech who took care of me. She was absolutely kind and amazing. Front receptionist/office manager was quick getting me checked in. Great, friendly staff!"

"They were busy. Like super busy but it's a new year and it happens. The receptionist/nurse was nice and apologized for the long wait time. I went there for the convenience since it was close to my house so I was not gonna be bothered by the wait time. Plus it was a Friday at that and I didn't have anything else to do. Once they had the time though I was in and out in I felt like was only 10 mins. So it really wasn't a bad experience."

"Visited Nova Med. center more than once, I have to admit, they are very detailed and well suited for all types of medical Care. The front receptionist, respectfully ask for registration info. The Wait, definitely wins the first place compared to other likewise Clinics, the BEST when I was called, besides the clean tidy interior settings, THE STAFF, my luck matched me with Medical Technician, JANET, the minute she introduced herself and confirmed my ID, she continued to explain the steps and respectfully waiting to answer any questions, for sure this alone made me relaxed understanding all that is required of me to getting my visit done. THANKS MS. JANET, in the Great Texas tradition, Ya all come back again! You Hear!, And I heard not from reviews, but from first hand experience, Nova Med Center just moved to my top list of Clinics servicing."
