"Leave it to the AF to look you in the eye 10 mins before 1600 on Thursday day we are closed and lock the door on you when you are trying to get an antibiotic and then to find out they are closed Fri-Mon. So off to an urgent care I went for my antibiotic."
"I think the location is excellent. The staff is very good, and in response to other comments, the staff can only work with what they have. We have had far more 4-star success at this location. I do agree that the leadership/ commander should provide enough personnel to cover down during lunch. Again, I think the GBC does a Great Job!"
"I like it here. Phone hold time has improved. Little to no wait before I'm taken back for appointment. I like my doc and the staff. My only issue is that they don't update their hours. Apparently they open late on Wednesday and if you don't read the 82 signs on their front door, you won't know until you come. Came for blood work and wasted 45 minutes coming and going for nada."
