"EDIT: Unfortunately I have to remove the 5 stars. Dr Pearson has left the clinic to move out of state and sent my file to Dr Lou. Without even meeting me in person Dr Lou discharged me from the clinic for apparently not having any prescribed medication in my system from a previous visit with my previous Dr. I was told she was “reviewing charts” of patients. This is untrue and must be a mistake because I’ve been coming here for years and never had this issue. I don’t understand how this Dr can go back and review charts and judge patients who weren’t even in her care at the time and decide to discharge them. Not only decide to discharge without ever treating but also refused to send a last refill to give time to find another clinic. Malpractice! Beware of Dr Lou. I’ve been seeing Dr Pearson for years since about 2017. I never wait long, I think the longest I’ve ever waited was 30 minutes and that day the clinic was very full. She is quick and efficient. She’s very understanding and willing to help you find the best treatment plan for you, never rushed. I have an autoimmune condition and experience back problems with a lot of pain. Dr Pearson has provided me with a guide for safe stretching and exercises that have helped me. If you are scared of needles Dr Pearson the best choice for spinal injections. Very gentle hand and quick; explains to you what she’s doing and when you’re done."

"Dr Hirsch is the complete epitome of a "professional"!!! He takes the time to thoroughly evaluate a patient's symptoms, based on X-rays, etc., and then applies the correct procedure(s) to alleviate the patient's pain. He then follows-up to ensure the patient is completely satisfied. What more could a patient expect from their doctor?"

"This is the third time I have had Physical therapy at South Texas Spinal Clinic . It is the only place that I will go now. Therapist at other clinics push you too hard too fast. A lot of people quit because of this. Victor is the new head therapist and he is excellent. Even if you go to a different doctor than those connected with this clinic, you can still go to therapy here. I won’t use anyone else in San Antonio."
