"Dr. Badam, Mason & the entire staff at Vayu have been beyond helpful as I recovered from my mastectomy with reconstruction. At first I was VERY nervous about the hyperbaric oxygen chamber! I thought I’d be claustrophobic and have ear & sinus issues. Dr. Badam was SO patient with me…she told me some meds to take and taught me how to continually clear my ears—after a few sessions, I made it the full “depth”. Even after my wounds were more solidly healing, the chamber helped, in conjunction with physical therapy, to break down some fat necrosis I had, which got me ready for my revision surgery. Thanks to everyone in this office for helping to optimize my healing at such an important time! As a patient with lupus, this is no small feat. I’ll be forever grateful."
