"Parking is a disaster at this location. When you walk through the front door 3 women are working the front desk and all on their phones. They all acted like they were being inconvenienced when I arrived. This is a horrible first impression for how sick patients are supposedly welcomed. The wait was over an hour and a half to be seen so I walked out. I will never come here again - it’s a-shame this facility is associated with a hospital. Get better staff."

"No point getting an appointment, you’re going into the regular queue anyways. No triaging of more ill patients that need to be seen earlier. Had 12o clock appointment, seen at 3:20. I don’t think any MDs are available here either. Decent if you have all the time in the world I guess"

"As soon as I walked to the clinic they check me in right away, experience staff at the front, I don't have to wait for nurse or doctor to see me. I have been to several other clinics but this clinic blow my mind. This clinic has the best doctors, nurses and staff."

"My husband has a fever and a hard cough. We called our insurance and told us ExpressMed is one of the clinics we can go that is under our insurance network. We went there and the front desk staff are so rude. They told us that the waiting time is 3 hrs. We drove all the way from W I90, 20 miles, and be driven away. We only see 3 patients in the waiting room. We were shocked when a nurse called my husband for vitals within 10 mins., I guess they noticed he works at University Health!! The physician also ordered CBC without manual diff. How can he know if my husband has a viral, bacterial, or allergies? Now, it's been 4 days after we went there, he is still sick and coughing. We hope and pray that what they are doing is wrong. Hope this won't happen to their families and love ones. It is so heartbreaking to see them so careless to sick patients."
