"Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. They are part of the University Heath Network, but require you to register with their clinic, which doesnt make sense because all the info is already in the University system. Then when they reschedule your appointment, they dont even care about you as an individual. The woman on the phone was so rude and and was like "Its not my problem ma'am or I dont know what to tell you ma'am." with such carelessness. If you need a doctor go to another clinic, because you'll only be a number not a person."

"DO NOT COME HERE! I wish I could give zero stars. I admire and appreciate Dr Sigi and the on-site therapist! Everyone else seems to hate their job. Front office staff is rude and very unprofessional. I hate this place but they are close to my home so the convenience of it still does not make it worth being here. When prior authorization is needed for prescriptions it takes Dr Mittal a month to get it sent in because he is only at this office 1 time a week (Thursday only) but the office blames the pharmacy at all costs."

"I've been going to this clinic for many years now and even though I moved far away I continue going there, the drive is well worth it. Dr. Corchado is awesome and so is the Dentist, he is a very sweet, understanding and caring man. Most of staff are great. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Thank you all for seeing me and taking care of my needs all these years."
