"It was my first time attending this clinic and it was a terrible experience. I did the online web check in where I completed registration and was told I would be notified via text when I can come in. I completed this at 11:10 am. After 2 hours I called to see where I was in the queue, they told me it would be another 2 hours before I would be seen. After 2 hours I called again and they said 4 people were in front of me so I decided to head over. I came to the receptionist area and she was very rude in explaining that the web online check in is basically pointless and you’re only actually in the queue when you come in person. At this point it’s 4 pm and there’s 6 people in front of me and it’s an other 2 hour wait. I already paid so I couldn’t leave but the misinformation regarding the web online check in is very misleading and the receptionist wasn’t pleasant to deal with. Her name badge was covered but it was the receptionist with glasses covering the front desk between 4-6 pm on 2/13. Overall I wouldn’t come back to this urgent care. If you have no choice, feel free to register online but come in person if you want to be seen otherwise you’ll waste your whole day waiting. My biggest feedback would be transparency regarding the web online check in process so people don’t feel like they’re in a queue when they haven’t even been “checked in” technically."

"I’ve visited this care now several times since I am an HCA employee. I referred a friend to this location and it was a terrible experience. She did the online check-in and then spoke with someone over the phone who stated that they will contact her when to head to the location. This was at 12 am (she checked in at 11). Needless to say she decided to just g after several hours since no one contacted her after 3 more hours (she was told she would be contacted within 2). When arriving, she was told that the online check in “doesn’t do anything or nor does it secure your spot. She should’ve just showed up.” That’s completely unacceptable especially if you’re lying to patients over the phone. Do not come to this location because of their dishonesty. No one on the front desk staff apologized not acknowledged the false information that was provided. The friend had no option but to stay since it was now 5 in the evening and she already paid. This location has poor courtesy and ethics."

"My first visit to CareNow today and it was amazing. Such a friendly staff, easy new patient check-in and the Nurse Practitioner was very professional and thorough and took time explaining treatment options. Honestly, I got better quality care here than I ever have at my PCP."
