"This was my first visit. They are extremely friendly, professional and efficient. From office staff to nurse to Dr Sam. Blood test , EKG test was performed at the site. Dr Sam took time to go over all the details for my health , answered every question I had with care and made sure I understood my diagnosis completely. The whole experience was absolutely amazing. They are 5 star operation. I would and have already recommended Dr Sam and his operation to my family and friends."

"I went for my physical and Dr Sam ordered some extra tests for me without my consent or informing me that are not covered by my insurance. If you are ordering something outside of regular physical exam, let the patient know. Now I have to pay more than $160. On the day of collecting my report I asked them to email me and they told me that Dr wants to see me inside the office and I should not worry about the copay. Guess what! Now I am getting a bill to pay my copay too. What a bunch of scammers and lousy people. Lost my business."
