"I would give less thank a star if I could. This has to be one of the worst managed offices I have ever dealt with at any time. I have attempted to make appointments many times to be sent to a voicemail. Why leave a voicemail when they never return calls. Such a joke!"

"Worst customer service EVER! My children have been going here for 7 years and ever since they got new people in the front NO ONE answers are calls back! So sad since Dr Valdez is an amazing doctor so sad this clinic went down hill. I will never take the here again!"

"Is this location closed? Does anyone work here? I've called on different days at different time to no avial. I just need to schedule an appointment. There is no point of leaving a voice mail as they are always full, for obvious reasons. Management does not answer or returns calls either."

"Worst customer service, I have EVER seen!! You spend 30mins-an hour, waiting to make an appointment, and you get cut off 10-12 mins on hold. You have to call back, at least 4-5 times... So, all together, you spend 1-2 hours on the phone to make 1 appointment! You're better off taking you're children to another practice, or to the E.R., if you're in a hurry to make them feel better. I'm more than likely, gonna switch doctors soon."
