"Worst doctor’s office to go to and Ive been going since a kid. Went to get a year’s worth of inhalers prescribed from Dr. George in July 2023. I explained I need an emergency one prescribed before the visit on the phone be ause I was out then so they did. Went to the visit and front desk females are very incompetent with they're jobs. Customer service with knowledge goes a long way not just looks and a job title. Any way, Dr George and his nurse drop the ball and never filled my prescription and its Feb. 2024. I called concerned and aggravated this week because I need my inhaler because I have severe asthma and his nurse instead, demanded I need a yearly physical now to get them and that last visit in 2023 was for… she had no explanation. She became aggravated that I questioned why my prescription wasnt filled.. the one that Dr. George wrote and verbally said “I got you bud” and said shed fill my one inhaler prescription and see what he says about my yearly prescription I went in July 2023 to get…… cuts me off and hangs up. You will never be able to get ahold of his office phone unless they call you. Ive yet to get a call back and its two days later. People think a title means everything. Sad this is the health care business now. Dr. Georges nurse and him as well are very lazy. I will never be back here again."

"Im not happy with the experience. This used to be a good place. Suggestions: Welcome people when they come in, try to have a conversations on how they are doing- maybe some light humour, another suggestion is to call after the visit to see how it went. Always keep a good attitude. These are little things that help not to feel like a number and will help improve this office immensely."

"Dr. Wong has been my primary care physician for many years now, and I've always been pleased with the level of care I've received- I can unreservedly recommend her and her staff. At the same time, I must add that, like so many healthcare offices, it seems, the front desk staff can be curt and short in manner."

"Dr Hoffman is a genuinely caring and pleasant man. He truly listens to my concerns and is always attentive. He is very prompt in replying through the patient portal as well. Could not recommend him enough!"

"I have gone here for several years. I recently saw Dr. Hoffman and didn’t have a good experience. He blew off the main reason I came in for and did no testing for my concerns. This did not sit well with me considering the fact that it was difficult to book the appointment. My plan is to go back and see someone who will listen to me."
