"Worst service ever, they do not communicate at all they tell you your appointment is at one time and when you make it to the office they tell you that you missed it that was earlier and do not want to see your kid when you just drive 45 minutes to the office, this clinic have the potential to be better to do so they will need a entire new staff for it,when they do see you kid they just heartless it like they don’t know how to treat and approach kids, if you really want your kids to be treated fairly and with care GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!"

"So today I received a letter in the mail that they will no longer see my children all because I asked questions about them drawing blood from my 12 year old daughter and my 15 year old son for a check up. As long as I been taking my kids to the doctor I have never heard of it so I asked. And I’m not from Texas. They said the insurance requires it. Ok fine no problem. The doctor stated she will speak to my son alone. I stated to her that I’ll remain in the room but my daughter can step out. She said ok that’s fine. I allowed them to do everything they said they needed to do. Now all of a sudden the doctor stated I was rude and impolite. I called to see what the issue was and how did she determine that but they couldn’t give me answers. I can respect anyone’s decision but please don’t lie. All I did was ask questions concerning my children. If that’s a problem for you then not bringing them back is the best thing for me to do."

"I was really hesitant about this doctor’s office after reading the reviews, but we were assigned this location through insurance and I figured we would see for ourselves. We’ve been to several visits and have never had any kind of issue as far as a wait or being able to get ahold of someone on the phone. We have always been immediately brought into a room and seen by a nurse and the doctor, and have even gotten several appointments same day. Edit: a year later I have another child and switched her to this doctor’s office because it is so much more attentive than the other place we were assigned to! Dr Christina is very caring and concerned for my kids’ health"

"Do NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE OR THE OTHER LOCATION!! Especially if your children Are unvaccinated. It’s been clear to me that my lack of education on certain things has been used against me. As I let these people constantly give my kids antibiotics over and over at least 15 times for the same thing and I wondered why they kept getting it! Until they finally double checked after the final time after prescribing antibiotics, then calling me to say stop taking it, and that the results in fact came back negative. My children have not been sick since. I would go somewhere they do more to find the source of the sickness and want to prevent it opposed to constantly giving your child heavy doses of medication at such a young age. We learned our lesson."
