"So The Visit started out well because they had no wait when I called them instead of a 2 hour wait at the one closest to me. I got there and checked in and waited an appropriate amount of time before getting back to the area for exam. The medical assistant did her job and was fine. That's where everything went wrong. I waited in the exam room for thirty minutes before I myself left the exam room to find out what in the world was going on. I stuck my head out and then walked out and found the physician assistant sitting at a desk. She said hello, Are you in Room 3? I said yes. I said I came outside because I've been sitting here for 30 minutes and wanted to make sure somebody was going to come see me. She then proceeded to do her job and got me out of there quickly but didn't even give me a test for upper respiratory or bronchitis or covid. She prescribed a steroid and antibiotic and I left after that. Needless to say, I was pretty frustrated and irritated that I had to sit there for 30 minutes before finding out that I was either forgotten or ignored. Do not recommend visiting this urgent care obviously."

"I arrived at CareNow 10 minutes before they closed as I was having a severe allergic reaction to an antibiotic. They took my case very seriously and immediately got me back for an emergency steroid shot. The nurses and doctor took great care of me and I couldn't be more appreciative of how fast they worked to help me recover. Excellent experience!"

"I was able to place myself in the queue to be seen, fill out most of the registration papers ahead of the appt., and then they called when it was about my turn. I waited less than 5 mins. once I got there. Alecia (front desk) and the doctor were very friendly. In and out very fast!"

"Great experience at CareNow in Las Colinas! I went first to Legacy ER in Coppell but they had a long wait and short staffed, so I left and drove to CareNow for my flu & allergy symptoms. At CareNow there was a short wait and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was in and out within an hour, my prescriptions were called into the pharmacy promptly and I was feeling better very soon. Thank you to CareNow for being a great place for Urgent Care needs!"
