"Dr. Edwards was very nice but the billing the department doesn't do their job!! They have their automated system call me multiple times a day yet when I call to get my bill taken care of they don't send the required EOB to the insurance!! I went last May and is still not resolved! Who ever is handling claims is obviously not doing their job!! To make it worst you can't speak to them directly. They have a messenger."
