"Had an appt at 8:40 arrived at 8:30am it was 10:30 when I told them how much longer until im seen I've been here for a long time. Their response was they usually book 2-3 people at the same time if i want I can reschedule but it will be the Same wait. Unorganized. This place should be closed. No one has time to wait 4 hours to be seen. There's better clinics out there. Please don't waste your time coming here"

"I love this doctor office and i love Mrs. Roberts!! the best doctor in Dallas!! my kids has been going to her since they was born.... I have not transfer to her as my primary physician!! not too many doctors out here will take care of you or care about your health! she do!! and she is very knowledgeable and she loves God!! And never had a problem with her staff!! If you do its because u have no patience.... they work accordingly and in a very fast pace timely manner!! people need to understand, things cant go a fast as u want it to!!"

"Awful. Made a new patient appointment for my 2 year old but he needed to be seen as well for a persistent cough. Dr G. Roberts was very rude to me. Talked to me as if I’m a child. Undermined and belittled me. Went and got a chest X-ray along with an ultrasound done the same day. The results were sent to her the same day. I called multiple times and went in person to know the results and the Staff refused to provide me with any information. I had to go the imaging place myself and sign off to recieve the results so I can know what’s going on with my child myself. Very unprofessional. She will NOT be my child’s physician."

"I am a Father of two infant daughters, I reside in Memphis, and traveled down to Dallas this past weekend. Dr. Roberts said she was too busy and was not going to stop what she was doing. I was told I needed to speak with the mother. I have court ordered joint custody of my children, therefor I do not need to speak with her regarding the well being of my children. Plus she doesn't answer any request or reply to anything I send her. I will be filing a complaint with the clinic and Dr. Roberts. The environment is not welcoming and unkempt as you see."
