"I can't believe I could not get in to see my dr.I called because i have a cough and a pinched nerve. Cough, no big deal for must. However, my Dr knows I broke my rib earlier this year from a bad cough. I have had the cough for 2 weeks now. The pinch nerve is killing me. I am seeing a chiropractor but the pain is so intense. They told me I could not get in to see anyone till April and go to urgent care.When you go to urgent care they always say follow up with your Dr. I wont be able to do that either. Unacceptable!!!"

"I'm so disappointed in the BSW Cedar Hill location. I have been a patient for over 10 years and now I can't get an appointment at all. I'm told to go to an Urgent Care for routine visits and or follows up. This is the 3rd time I have been told I can not be seen by anyone on staff because there are no appointments available. I wish Dr. Ramos was still there because she always made time for her people."

"First time here and last. Places that make you wear a muzzle should be fined. I'm perfectly healthy without a sign of a sniffle and they insisted on me wearing a face mask inside the office. I had to refuse and leave."
