"Cigna has apparently partnered with Centrum Health and is trying to take away peoples choice of Doctor. Despite the fact my sister and I already have a primary care Dr that we've used for 15 years (his father was our primary for 30 years prior), Centrum Health keeps harassing us via home phone, cell and text, stating that per Cigna they are our new Primary. Um...no.... You're not. You have been told this repeatedly. Stop harassing us and go away. We are literally keeping an ongoing log of the harassment to submit in complaints filed to the dept of HHS and the TDI. Edited to add: Despite switching my health insurance to another provider in December, these people are STILL CALLING (in Feb) and insisting they are our PCP. I have told them repeatedly to stop calling, yet I just received ANOTHER call from 'Carlos' about scheduling a 'required' appointment."

"This is by far the worst doctor's office I've ever encountered in my life you can only get through to the office through a 1 800 number Bayside of Florida. My blood work was completed yet no one called me a regards to it. I was in the hospital with deep vain trombosis. Call to make an appointment and was told. My doctor was on vacation and it would be a week out before they could schedule me. I had to ask several times any advice. The doctor's nurse practitioner may have had to help me until then. According to the lady that answered the phone, there was nothing the office could do I called to do a television to no Avail. They drop the ball and did not call me back. My blow work is still unknown till this day. And that was 3 months ago. However, after leaving the hospital being placed on blood thinners. The doctor still has not reached out. A nurse practitioner has not reached out. All I got was a receptionist that gave me mediocre. Advice such as keep your feet elevated and stay away from sodium. That is very, very discouraging, especially if you have a patient that has been diagnosed with blood clots, you would think that up. Appointment would be available, should there be any cancelations? You would think you would be able to call your doctor's office and speak with the actual office. Not a 1 800 number that's asking you questions. And still cannot solidify the problem. They get 0 stars if it was a lot. It do not go to this doctor's office, they are not professional. You are better off going to JPS and sitting in the waiting room to allow one of the janitors to assist you before a doctor at this office."

"Today we went for our annual check up to this new location. I must say I was very impressed. They were patient, courteous and very knowledgeable. We brought our two year old daughter with us and she was a handful but they were very helpful and nice the facility was clean and they even offered Coffee! Definitely going to be my new clinic. I would recommend them."
