"Went last week for sleep study and was told I should wait until insurance kicks in. Come in this week and now they don't order sleep study equipment. How convenient. Would not recommend this place or the minute clinic. Now lost in limbo with a chance of losing my job thanks to these idiots. Worst mistake ever."
"I went in with a sore throat and was told it was allergies. I left with a ruptured ear drum due to the doctor shoving their medical device (with the wrong attachment might I add, WAYYY to long to be looking in someone’s ear). Tried to call back when my ear had the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life and started leaking, but nobody answered. Called the pharmacy and spoke to a pharmacist who was shocked I was told I have allergies and left with my ear leaking. Went to my general doctor the next day and that’s how I found out my ear drum was ruptured. I was also told my throat was not allergies but a viral infection."
"Minute Clinic staff was great very thorough. Pharmacy is terrible. Told a prescription would be ready in an 1/2 hour. Now waiting 1.45 minutes Still waiting to be notified it is ready. They just don't care"
"Still very sick and tired and received no medical help. Thanks to their policy of not prescribing antibiotics I was told to buy Tylenol and saline nasal spray over the counter to treat one of the worst sinus infections of my life. I barely got out of bed, have chills, and muscle aches. These are all signs of INFECTION which can only be treated with antibiotics not saline spray and Tylenol. I am familiar with healthcare standard of practices and I seriously doubt the competency of the provider. I told them I’m immunocompromised which means I need immediate medical treatment to prevent prolonging my pain and suffering. Why would I go seek medical help if I thought saline spray and Tylenol would cure the problem? Waste of time and I’m feeling horrible right now and forced to go to another urgent care in town just the get proper treatment. Stay away if you expect any sort of treatment."
"I scheduled flu shot and asked to add the COVID booster during check-in. They're one of few places that still carry the egg-free flu vaccine. There was no wait time. I checked in from the link on my phone in the waiting room and the provider came out like 10 seconds later and called me back. There was only one person waiting when I came out, presumably the next appointment. It's a way better experience than getting a vaccine from CVS pharmacy or any other pharmacy. Masks are still required."
