"Avalyn was suggested to me from a friend. The praises she sang about this clinic just seemed to be too good. Usually when things sound too good to be true,they are. That has not been my personal experience at Avalyn Wellness. Even though I hadn't been to the office for my first appointment yet,I received a call from one of the owners named Steven. I could tell there was something different about this clinic. The questions he asked were detailed, thorough and it felt like a conversation with only my personal well being as the focus. Everything asked of me was based off what I told him I had gone through so far. That call was more comfortable than talking to my primary physician of over 8 years one that I know has my best interest in mind. Weeks prior someone suggested to me a different clinic,I did call them too and it felt totally unnatural and I couldn't even handle calling them back to ask additional questions. Unlike the other clinic,Steven wasnt reading to me off of some pre-rehearded scripted message. I hate those. Steven took the time to really listen to me. I could tell in our first conversation that his treatment recommendations were specific and he based them off of my needs. He took the time to explain the difference in the kind of treatments Avalyn offers and why he decided which recommendations would help me. Choosing Avalyn Wellness has been one of the best decisions and I feel better than ever. Steven and his entire team are all so caring. "I have tried to deal with their program for over 2 months. Since the beginning I explained to them my insurance the program and the authorization. They told me that they would work with the insurance and that everything had been authorized. I continued to receive calls and make calls to their program, even went in for a formal interview. Come to find out that everything they had said was a lie. And they are not even familiar with spravato and don't even have providers on hand. And then I was told that authorization was never given and they never even contacted my provider who had pre-authorized the treatments. So basically I spent over two months waiting to get into a program that never was qualified to give the treatments either way. Complete waste of time I wonder how many lives are lost by this companies incompetence? I wonder if they ever heard of HIPAA laws. Obviously by their response no!"

"I came to Avalyn Wellness after my previous infusion clinic closed down. Steven (CRNA and one of the owners) quickly reached out to me when I expressed interest in their clinic, answered all of my questions, and set up a phone call with me to go over different options for my treatment. He listened to what has been working for me for my infusions, was knowledgable on options, and worked with me to create a treatment plan specific to my needs. He was quick to respond to my questions I sent before my appointment. Steven, Amber, and Jessica have staffed my appointments, and they are all wonderful! The office is very clean and calming, and you get a private room with a reclining massage chair. I like to bring a blanket, pillow, and headphones to get more comfortable. I appreciated that they asked things like where my preference for my IV is. You're hooked up to continuous vital monitoring that can be seen at the main desk and they monitored me after the infusion until I was good to go home. Steven has personally followed up with me in the days after my appointments to check in and see how I was doing post infusion and to set up my next appointment. I also like the app they use that helps you track your treatment progress. It's very easy to use and takes less than a minute to fill out the surveys. I am so glad I found Avalyn Wellness! I have had a wonderful experience. They are knowledgeable, professional, and caring, and I definitely recommend them to anyone seeking treatment."
