"My son has been attending the office of Dr. King since he was 6 weeks. I’d have to say that I would not have it any other way. Dr. Kings bedside manner is more than we could ever ask for. The office staff is friendly and accommodating especially, when my child needed medical care. We are more than pleased with the treatment our child has received. "Didn’t even make it to a visit with the Dr. Front Desk staff gave me the run around for almost a month claiming they had not received records from previous doctor, even though I confirmed records were sent by other doctor. The front office secretary rudely told me not to call back and they they would call me to schedule appointment when records were received. I confirmed with previous doctor again that records were sent weeks prior. Finally they called me back to schedule an appointment, only to tell me that they would not accept my BCBS HMO insurance. Even though I told them what insurance I had on the first day! This process began on August 28th and they finally told me something today September 18th. Very unprofessional and rude."

"The nurse Becky refuses to give labs to her patients and laughs about not having a "magic wond to take away their sickness" instead of giving them proper care. After telling her they needed further testing she said it was allergies and there was nothing she could do! Withdrawing all my children. The new team here is horrible. People should not be hired because you're short staffed!"

"We LOVE Dr. King and Ms. Erica in the front office. We’re a 3rd generation referral - we were referred by my SIL, who was referred by a friend. When Dr. King walks in the room, you just feel a sense of calm. She speaks with the parent, but also speaks directly to the child. I love this! She’s thorough, knowledgeable, and really listens. Ms. Erica has been wonderful to deal with any time I call with a question or need. The very best pediatrician’s office around! ❤️ (patient since 2016)"
