"Dr. Michael Moisant is renewing my trust in Doctors. Starting from my very first visit, I knew this was going to be a different experience. The office manager, Mr Branson, came out to greet me and introduced himself to me. In my 40 years I have never had an office manager in a Dr. office visit with me outside of business. I am a very picky person when it comes to Doctors. I lost my Primary Care Dr. in 2014 because I had to switch insurances They didn’t take my new insurance, so sadly I had to leave. Ever since then, I’ve been searching for someone to replace him and up until this point no one even came close. This office has surpassed them. What makes this office so great? 1. Dr. Moisant is a Great Listener. 2. My thoughts & opinions are valued. 3. I never feel like I’m just another number or name. I am always treated as a person. 4. My medical treatments are specifically catered to me and my needs. 5. He doesn’t just want to shove pills down your throat. 6. He is Pro-Alternative Treatments. 7. When I visit, it’s my time. I’m not being rushed out for the next person. 8. I am a needy patient and I never feel like I’m getting on their nerves. I probably call once a week. 9. Mr. Branson the office manager always go above and beyond. 10. The new M.A, sorry I forgot your name, she’s really nice. She has been very helpful. She is definitely a good fit. She is always kind when she answers the phone. I love being in the presence of people that love their job. It’s refreshing. In conclusion, I think they picked a fitting name for their practice, V.I.P. because that’s really the treatment that you get."
