"I’ve been coming to this office for about a year and have not had any issues! We love the staff. The nurses that have attended us have been great with my children and Dr. Uranga is very knowledgeable and always listen to all of concerns and provides us with all the information we need."

"I can not say 1 positive thing about this clinic. We have given this place a lot of money and received very few answers when my children have come for dr visits. I can count more than double digit visits that we came for an appointment and walked away knowing the same amount as we did walking in. That is not exaggeration. Our experience with this place has been absolutely poor for 2 years."

"This place used to be great when they had more than 2 doctors working. It would take forever to get an appointment and always refer us out to little spurs urgent care. It’s as if my kids didn’t have a doctor. The last visit was my last when dr rackley missed all the signs of pneumonia my son had and I had to make her run labs on my daughter she ended up having strep. To top it off the prescribed her medicine she is allergic too. Dr rackley wasn’t even our primary doctor we just saw her because ours was out. Another thing is I kept asking about my sons speech and they never suggested for him to get evaluators luckily I was able to do that myself and get him into therapy."

"The doctors may be fantastic, we’ll never know. Called three times and was put on hold for over 10 minutes each time. The forth time I called I told her that I needed to know if they were accepting new patients and explained that I kept being put on hold for an extended period of time each time I call. She then proceeded to tell me to go to Little Spurs. Seriously? I have a child who needs a primary care doctor. I don’t need urgent care. Ridiculous."
