"Spoke to Vanessa on the phone. She was very condescending and rude. At one point, she even thought she put us on mute and didn't, and then proceeded to make a sarcastic comment about something I was trying to explain to her to one of her coworkers. Then when I provided new information about our insurance and our member ID and verification number to call to verify our insurance, she refused to believe what I was saying was correct and would not call the correct number. Didn't even step foot in this place and the staff there was horrible. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Don't go here!"

"The worst experience I have ever had! Delivered my first with them, CAN SAY THE RUINED THE FIRST PREGNANCY FOR ME, only reason I continued to go was for Mallory Thompson. Now 5months pregnant with 2nd kid transferring out, my doctor was Akonye who would briefly see me for 5 min felt like I spent more time in the waiting room that actually learning about my pregnancy. Time of anatomy sonogram doctor said "Baby looks fine" a quick in and out unprofessional visit. Seems like everyone there is just there to cash a check not so much worried about the patients. Waiting area takes about an hour or more just to be seen for 5min. Can never get a hold of front desk. Would not recommend this place save your time and money and stress from having to transfer out!"

"I showed up to take a gestational test after calling and explaining I was going to be switching to a new doctor anyway and they said yeah no problem you can still take the test with us. They tried saying that I have to pay a portion of the delivery fee before I can take a test. I explained that my insurance has all prenatal care as well as preventative labs covered and that should not stop them from giving me the test that was already covered by insurance. They said they would not see me for the test until I paid even though I am not being delivered by them. I had to get on the phone with my insurance and speak to billing again which they agreed to bill me anyway so I can still go ahead and have my test done. I go to the back for testing and they said that they have separate billing for the quest diagnostic care and that the billing is separate from what they charge at the front desk so they were checking if I was needing to make another payment to them. This is the worst experience I've had at an office someone should have said that this is how they operate when I called to make the appointment before I took time off from work."

"Dr. Akonye is an absolute saint. She has always taken my issues very seriously and took the time to discuss all of my options and weigh the pros and cons. I ended up having to have a hysterectomy for severe bleeding and Dr. Akonye is an extremely skilled surgeon. She even went to bat with my insurance company on my behalf when they tried to deny my surgery. I am two days post op and have almost no pain at all, just really tired. She even made it a point to come see me the day after my surgery before I was discharged from the hospital. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing ob/gyn. The level of care she provides her patients is unmatched and I've been to a lot of doctors in my life. The office staff sometimes leave something to be desired, but that's not a reflection on Dr. Akonye at all. I thank God every day I came across her when I moved to Texas."

"I’ve been coming to this doctor’s office for far too long. They do not value your time at all. Enjoy waiting 45 minutes to 2 hours every time you visit this doctor’s office. If you have to be seen within a timely matter, do NOT come here. All the women that answer the phones are clueless and absolutely rude. Please do not go to this doctors office for the love of god. They simply do not care about their patients. I waited for an hour today and still was not seen, so I left. Four other women walked out of this office today. There’s a huge lack of communication and compassion at this office. Dr.Cajas is a great doctor but his staff are what’s driving many clients away."
