"Don’t take your kids to this clinic, they do not care about the patients only about their numbers and the money they will be making from seeing your kid. Parents often get mad at the front staff ladies saying they’re taking too long to be called back and they don’t give the right information but don’t know the mess going on behind the scenes. They are always changing up rules and introducing new systems that don’t work!! They don’t treat anyone with respect especially the lead Valeria. You as a parent only get to see from the outside looking in but from the inside I’m telling y’all it’s the management and leads who make the place a mess and yalls sick kids are the ones who pay the price. Save yourself some time and take my word that this place sucks as a job and as a place to bring your sick child to, 0 stars do not recommend!!!"

"Would give more stars if I could. My 6yo son was up all night vomiting and I called to “see” if they could work him in or at least tell me where I could take him for quick relief. The girl who picked up the phone was so kind and understanding and worked us in. That already was 10/10 service. And when I arrived for my appt my newborn was crying hysterically (not sick) and I was feeling overwhelmed with filing out updated paperwork, a sick 6yo and a screaming new born. The girls at the front desk all jumped up to ask how old my baby was and took us straight back to a seperate waiting room so that he wasn’t exposed to other kids/sick kids. One helped bring the paper work over to the new waiting area for me and the other helped carry the diaper bag while I pushed the stroller and carried my crying baby. That was so awesome! I was so impressed! I see reviews complaining about the wait but honestly I could care less about how long I wait when I’m getting the absolute best care. Thank you so much front desk girls!"

"Dr. Ruth Tan go above and beyond to help her patients. My kids have been seeing her for years and will continue more! She truly cares for the well being of my family, I never feel rushed in my appointments, which I really appreciate. Ms. Kathryne Rivero is also awesome! The clinic and staff is changing for better every visit."

"Complete makeover. ! When I started using this clinic a couple years ago it took forever to get somebody on the phone, visits were hours at a time, and I never knew who I was going to see. Now I do not wait on long holds to speak to someone on the phone, I see the same provider Lori every time I go, I ask for her by name and she is amazing! She listens to my concerns, to my children when they have a concern or question, answers in ways everybody can understand and treats accordingly, not unnecessarily. I absolutely love Lori! I am glad I stayed with this facility."

"Doctors and physicians are nice. The staff however is so RUDE. They talk over you won’t let you get a word in. If your child has Medicaid don’t let them charge you. I was there earlier this month and they made me call and verify my son’s insurance like that’s their job. I was on the phone for hours. My sons visit was at 3pm and didn’t leave the office until after 5 because the crazy amount of paperwork and dealing with insurance and a sick baby. When we finally got back the MA or whoever was asking all the questions that I had to fill out on the paperwork like what’s the point. They were refusing to see my child unless the office visit was paid. I tried to explain that my son is under my insurance and they wouldn’t accept it. Finally I paid. NP was super nice, I told her about the situation and since I was still on the phone with Medicaid and was told that since my child is under my Medicaid they should not have charged and was given my money back. It’s sad because I really liked the doctor and the NP but I will not be returning because of the staff."
