CHRISTUS Urgent Care

"The staff was amazing. Front desk was sweet and knowledgeable, I wish I had seen what her name was. April as an attendant was amazing as well, she was very kind and thorough and listened to all of my concerns. I came as a follow up from another Dr’s office and brought all my documents. All the other staff who helped during the appointment were kind as well. The Dr., Darry Rajan, however, is the reason I have to give a 3 star rating. The visit started really positively until the Dr. entered the room. It seemed like he could not even be bothered to read my chart as he began asking me all the same questions as my nurse did. Even when I just shrugged it off and began telling him my symptoms instead of listening he interrupted me to tell me I had used a word incorrectly while describing what was going on with me. He asked me if I received any medications at my other Dr’s visit, I had received quite a few which had already been put into my chart with them. I do really wish he had taken the time instead of making me repeat myself and humiliate me as I think the experience would’ve gone much differently. As a patient how am I to believe he has my best interests in mind when he couldn’t even be bothered to see what was happening with me prior to entering the room. Thank you again to the kind ladies of CHRISTUS but I can’t say I’d come back on account of the lack of trust this Dr left me with. I hope this changes for future patients."

"NP Scott H was so patient and kind with my daughter. He walked her through everything that was going to happen during her sick visit. And we were the last patient of the night. So grateful for medical professionals like him."

"I have been to Promptu Clinic 3 times before in last 3-4 years. As usual, the nursing staff was kind, compassionate & friendly. I have always had great providers. Today....I was treated like I was beneath the provider when I told him my symptoms, all I've been doing on my own for 3 days and I would not have gone if I thought I could turn things around on my own. I am a nurse with 30 yrs of critical care experience.. He did nothing for me to help my symptoms & dismissed me like all I wanted was a work note. I love my work as a nurse, too bad he doesn't like his work with humans in need."

"Best urgent care I have been too in a long time. April the nurse was amazing! The doctor was more thorough and efficient then my actual PCM!!! I havent had someone explain things to me and be so patient with me in a hospital room in YEARS! He was patient, kind, very intelligent and professional! I'm so lucky and beyond blessed to have this team as the urgent care closest to me! My favorite hands down@ having MS, fibro and constant UTIs has lead to me trying out ALOT of urgent cares but after visiting here, its the my permanent one!"
