"I am super happy they are taking infants now! My twin boys had an allergic reaction and they treated them so appropriately. Checked O2 first and a quick body scan. Everything was good. They added us to the schedule and they got them taken care of. Super duper great staff. I felt at ease! They made me feel good as a mom. Super happy to make this my home UC now."

"Back in December 2023, I had an unfortunate mishap that landed me in the urgent care. As unfortunate as the situation was, I was absolutely delighted by the care I received from the day I walked in to each follow up I had. When I walked in, I was greeted by Dawn and she was very calm and checked me in with respect and such a soothing tone. Dawn being the frontline, I knew I was going to be in great care. Once I got to the procedure room, I had such a spectacular care team. The provider at the time, Isabelle, did a fantastic job with my sutures, to the point of the scar being borderline seamless in its current state. Due to my bodies response of the incident, it needed a little more hands on attention and without a beat Claudia was comforting in her care and her knowledge and made me feel very secure in such a vulnerable moment. I also had some interactions with Frank during my visit and follow ups and he was very gentle and polite even when my sutures were giving him trouble, not once did he make me feel like the situation was a burden, and it is apparent he was concerned of my overall wellbeing. Even with my situation being unfortunate, I don't think I have ever felt such well rounded care in an urgent situation. Although, I hope never to visit the urgent care again, if I ever need to, Alamo City Urgent Care - Shaenfield, is a place I trust for myself and the people I care about. Thank you for the quality of the care provided. You guys were stellar."

"Went because we were feeling sick and were brushed off by P.A. because swabs came back negative. The person taking the swabs barely inserted swab into nostrils and did not rotate it, as everyone else does. Same thing for the throat swabbing. She was friendly and courteous but not diligent on the swabbings. Not surprised that test were negative but we are still sick and going to a different clinic. Surprised that no medical history was asked as this was our first time at this clinic. Paperwork basically was verifying that we had insurance. Tex-Med clinics provide better service."

"This office is great for pediatric or general visits. I love the availability of appointments at this (Shaenfield) office. The wait is never more than 10 minutes. Staff is friendly and attentive. I always leave with satisfaction that we were heard and our needs were met. Never rushed and always an answer of what's going on with our health. Great office!"

"Came into the Care unit and was immediately treated like family. The front desk was quick and easy. Once in the room the nurse was very nice and attentive. Dr. (Fill in after I pick up meds) was awesome and explained everything to detail in common folk terms. Helped me quickly, I was in and out quicker than my PCM"
