"Made an appt online. Was seen promptly, and my VA Healthcare covered my visit and meds that were prescribed."
"Don't waste your time or your $130 they will look up your nose, run a COVID test to charge the government $120 that they know won't be positive because the symptoms started over 2 weeks ago, then give you an antibiotic that won't work because antibiotics don't work on a cold and congestion. They are not going to be helpful. They are just going to take advantage of the population that is stuck between healthcare subsidies and healthcare costs that are too high"
"I see everyone else has had the same experience with Rude Michelle. I came in for a health issue I'd been seen for at another clinic (not a Minute Clinic). I wasn't getting any improvement and had started having additional symptoms, and the original doctor couldn't (or wouldn't) get me a timely appointment. So being it was something Minute Clinic treats, I went there. Whooooboy never again in my life. I said I was having pain and got "This condition isn't painful. We don't prescribe painkillers." LOL WHAT??? Painkillers wouldn't help the OBVIOUS HEALTH PROBLEM I had anyway. APPROPRIATE TREATMENT, which is what I was there for, would. I never once mentioned pain killers. I explained my condition was now painful. You know, a symptom? Then when days and days went by with no prescription (I needed labs first), I called and you can't even talk to anyone at the clinic. You talk to someone working from home woth kids screaming in the background. Four calls. FOUR. To finally get the treatment that was ordered. And Michelle was rude, took EVERYTHING personally, read in amd was condescending like woah. If I spoke to patients like she did, I'd be fired. She should be. I'm finishing out my treatment and then never, EVER again."
"Multiple errors. First error, they couldn't check me in even with my confirmation code. Second error was their equipment did not function properly. Third error, the RN didn't even diagnose the symptoms my son exhibited. She sent us away with a diagnosis of only allergies when in actuality he had a serious sinus infection. The Specialist we saw two days later asked why they sent us away with no medication or antibiotics, because of the severity of the infection. I do not recommend the physician or nurses at this location and will not go to any more CVS Minute Clinics. They do not care about an accurate diagnosis. They just will accept your money freely and send you on your way. Extremely disappointed."
